Given below are the major features of the course as well as the important
rules and policies of the Institute:
- Course fees: Rs.20,000/- plus 18% GST = Rs.23,600/- per year
- The admission will be regularized on payment of the fees for first year, Rs.
23,600/- (including tax).
- The duration of the course is three years with free stay back in the fourth year.
- The coverage of the syllabus for Civil Service Examinations takes around 600
hours of coaching including lecture hours, tests, mentoring etc. Around 200
hours of sessions will be conducted annually.
- Classes and tests will be held offline. Institute reserves the right to conduct
classes online under exigent situations. Live streaming of classes of a day will be
provided on request of the candidate.
- Candidates will be provided with lecture notes on most of the cases.
- Fact files will be given to students during the third year of their studies only.
- During the course period, students can use the Institute library. A separate
application is to be submitted for admission to the library. A caution deposit of
Rs. 1000/- will be collected from library users. To borrow books, the caution
deposit is Rs. 2000/-.
- Fifty per cent of the fee paid for the Add-on Course is deductible from the fee for the Full-time Course of the Institute.
- Classes will be conducted/scheduled during Saturdays/Sundays/holidays
without affecting regular college studies.
- Date of commencement of classes will be intimated later.
- Admission to the Add-on Course is open.
- Institute identity card and attendance punching are compulsory to enter the
campus.
- A duplicate identity card costs Rs. 100.

Refund Policy
Rs.18,000/- will be repaid, in full settlement of the claim for refund, if the
candidate discontinues her/his studies and claims refund within 15 days of
taking admission or within the conduct of four days of classes after her/his
admission, whichever is later. No claim for refund will be entertained afterwards.
